• If an inactive account holds a balance, we will send you a notice. Failure to respond within the specified period may result in the account being deactivated.
• If requested to complete KYC verification, you must submit the required documents within the specified timeframe.

Deposits on jeetbuuz can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. The maximum limit may vary depending on the payment method.
• You must use only payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
• Deposits are generally processed instantly, though delays may occur due to technical issues.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, it will be credited to your gaming balance instantly. If you experience any issues, please contact support with your transaction ID.
• Jeetbuuz does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• We reserve the right to request additional verification for suspicious transactions and may place them on hold if necessary.

To withdraw from jeetbuuz, your account must be fully verified and your balance must be eligible for withdrawal.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is determined by your account's VIP level.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal — this may require submitting a copy of your National ID or passport.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. Bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to specific wagering conditions before they can be withdrawn.
• We reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold and conduct an investigation if fraud or rule violations are suspected.

Jeetbuuz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you must read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users only and can be claimed once.
• Each bonus has a designated Wagering Requirement (WR). Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the WR is fully met.
• Not all games may be available for play with a bonus balance. Eligible games will be listed in the bonus details.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or using false information — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Jeetbuuz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• Cashback bonuses are generally credited to eligible accounts every Monday. The cashback amount is based on the previous week's net losses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeetbuuz platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of your balance.

• Operating more than one account under the same identity.
• Creating an account using a false or someone else's identity.
• Using any form of betting software, bots, or automation tools.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. If you discover any such vulnerability, please report it to us.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding or syndicating with other users during gameplay.
• Attempting to hack any platform system or distributing malware.
• Allowing minors to use your account or creating an account on their behalf.

Jeetbuuz believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, never a source of problems. That is why responsible gaming is an integral part of who we are.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits on your account whenever you choose.
• You can suspend your account for a set period using the self-exclusion option.
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, please contact our support team immediately.
• We never encourage excessive betting and actively discourage chasing losses.
• Never bet beyond your budget. Only play with money you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.

Jeetbuuz reserves the right to suspend or close any account under any circumstances. Equally, you may request to close your own account at any time.

• Accounts may be suspended or permanently closed for violations of our Terms & Conditions.
• Any valid withdrawable balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned, subject to verification.
• Balances in accounts closed due to fraud or rule violations may be forfeited.
• To close your account yourself, please submit a request to our support team. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reactivated before the specified period has ended.
• If you wish to dispute an account closure, you may appeal to our support team within 30 days.

For any disputes or complaints, please contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

• Once a complaint is submitted, we aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours.
• In the event of a dispute over game outcomes, server logs will be treated as the definitive record.
• For payment disputes, you must submit the transaction ID and screenshots as evidence.
• If you are unsatisfied with our support team's decision, you have the right to escalate your complaint to an international gaming arbitration body.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with international gaming law.
